They're private: only you can see them. Take a new evaluation every 15 days: front, side and back. Whenever you want, ask your assistant to compare two evaluations and tell you what change it notices.
Here you manage your permissions: your health declaration and your privacy & data — what you accept, what you share, and what you can withdraw or delete.
Only you can see what you keep here.
The food photo you send for analysis is not stored.
No photo? Describe the dish and AI will suggest its components and amounts — you review and edit everything before saving.
📷 Before you take the photo: food photos are NOT saved. A photo is used only for this analysis, in this moment — the app keeps the meal record (the foods and their values), never the picture. If you want to keep the photo, keep it in your phone's gallery as well.
Daily analysis limit: photo and text analyses share a daily counter (a complete analysis usually takes 2 requests: identify + calculate). If your account has a daily limit set and you reach it, photo and text analysis pause until the counter resets the next day — you can still log every meal by hand. If no limit is set for your account, a default of 10 requests per day applies — enough for five complete meals (2 requests each).
New accounts stay pending until you approve them. Only approved users can sign in, and each one sees only their own data.
Daily photo-analysis limits, set only by you. Each account uses its own limit if it has one, otherwise its trainer's, otherwise the global one. No limit set means unlimited.
The counter measures requests to the service; a full analysis normally uses two.
One switch turns off every AI analysis for everyone — meal photos, text descriptions and body-type estimates. The server enforces it: while it is off, no analysis reaches the AI and nothing is spent. Manual logging always works.
Turn whole modules off or on for every student without deploying anything. Trainers and you are not blocked by these flags.
Every time the trainer view of a client's evaluations and photos is opened, one record is written here: who viewed whose data, and when. Records cannot be edited.
Everything about trainers in one place: role requests, memberships (levels and quotas), the two-step confirmations that start with a trainer, the trainer approval limit and the public directory.
Each trainer may approve new accounts up to this limit. Approving an account assigns it to the trainer who approves it. If no limit is set, trainers cannot approve — only you can.
A membership sets how many active students a trainer may have (Basic 5 · Premium 10 · Elite 30). Trainers request a level; only you approve it. This is separate from the account-approval limit above.
Meal logging is off for new students until requested. The trainer approves first; you confirm. Confirming turns meal logging on for that student.
A modality change applies only when you confirm it, after the trainer approved it. If the student has no trainer, their request reaches you directly and you approve and confirm it yourself.
The library that feeds the plan editor. Everyone reads it; trainers contribute new exercises and the administrator approves them before they appear for everyone. Edits apply to the library itself — plans already saved keep their own copies.
Each client must upload their weight every week. Select one to see their full history, edit their weigh-ins, or add new ones. You set their goals under "Access management".
